Are you a Consultant Psychiatrist looking for an opportunity to work within a highly specialised and innovative service supporting individuals with complex mental health needs. Join Barnet Lane Clinic as a Consultant Psychiatrist and work in a Complex Recovery Service (CRS), a unique inpatient service dedicated to supporting people whose needs have not been met by conventional inpatient, secure, or community services. This 0.6 WTE role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive consultant medical team, including the Medical Director, Associate Specialist, Physical Healthcare Nurse, and a well-resourced multidisciplinary team. There is flexibility to increase hours by agreement, and we welcome applications from psychiatrists with interests in areas such as autism, forensic psychiatry, trauma, complexity, rehabilitation, or psychodynamic psychotherapy. As Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical leadership for a small caseload of patients, undertaking diagnostic assessments, medication management, and Responsible Clinician duties under the Mental Health Act where required.
