As a Dietitian you will support service users within the hospitals secure mental health and learning disabilities services with a range of conditions working as part of a uni-professional and multi-professional team. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the dietetic service across the hospital, supporting the ongoing implementation of the Hospitals Nutrition and Hydration Strategy; helping to enable people to make informed healthier choices more easily when it comes to eating and drinking. With experience in managing a caseload using theoretical and practical experience, you will be involved in completing assessments, planning, implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans. In this role you will have the opportunity to engage in clinical supervision and training as part of enhancing your skill set and development. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, youll receive support from the local and regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of training courses to support you reach your career goals.
