Join the Avalon Centre as the Facilities Manager to lead the daytoday management of the Facilities services. This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring a safe, compliant and wellmaintained environment that supports highquality care for patients and an excellent workplace for colleagues. Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you will oversee all nonclinical site services, including Catering, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and manage a direct labour force to deliver efficient, reliable services. Using your specialist knowledge across estates and facilities disciplines, you will ensure services continuously improve and fully comply with all relevant legislation, policies and standards. You will provide professional advice to clinical teams and colleagues on the facilities matters, ensuring environments remain safe, comfortable and fully functional.
