The role involves working as a Healthcare Assistant in Rhodes Wood Hospital, Hatfield. This position calls for providing care to young individuals with Eating Disorders, participating in ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and updating patient records. The job requires compassion, resilience, and vigilance. Candidates will work 12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, including nights and weekends, with a total of 37.5 hours per week. A driving license is preferred. The hospital caters to children and young people aged 8-18, providing residential care with tailored treatment programs. Free meals and parking are offered. The hospital is on Hatfield's outskirts and is easily reached by car.
