Working closely with Home Managers, Regional leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen governance and create cultures where both residents and colleagues can thrive. In this influential role, you will provide visible leadership and support to Home Managers, helping them build resilient, self-sustaining teams and achieve operational excellence.
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Group Home Lead to provide strategic oversight and leadership across a group of homes, ensuring the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality care. The role involves working with Home Managers and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and strengthen governance. Key responsibilities include developing high-performing teams, leading service improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. The position requires strong leadership and people management skills, as well as a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent experience. A background in adult social care management, particularly with Autism or complex needs, is preferred.
