You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for adult men who potentially have a forensic background and enduring mental health illnesses where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area. Working closely with the maintenance team youll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services. Youll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better. As a Housekeeper, you will maintain the required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures. You will be an active member of the team with various responsibilities over the day-to-day operation. The role requires maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and professionally meeting and greeting visitors. Establishing good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users is crucial. You will help create a positive culture and undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post. Regular attendance at mandatory and statutory training is essential, as required by Elysium Healthcare.
