You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at Barnet Lane Clinic where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area. Working closely with the maintenance team youll ensure all areas of the service are spotless and be able to confidently deliver high standard cleaning services. Youll receive all necessary training to get you started and join the dedicated team, where you can make a positive difference and be part of changing lives for the better. Youll be working in a specialist Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS), supporting adults with complex needs who benefit from a more tailored, long-term recovery approach beyond standard care settings. As a Housekeeper, you will maintain a clean and safe environment within Barnet Lane Clinic. Your responsibilities include cleaning wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor areas, working with the maintenance team to maintain high standards. You will receive the necessary training and join a dedicated team, working in a specialist Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) supporting adults with complex needs. The role is full-time, with a schedule of 37.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Key responsibilities include maintaining security standards, being an active team member, ensuring excellent communication and customer service, and fostering positive relationships with staff, visitors, and service users. You are expected to undertake tasks as needed and participate in mandatory training.
