You will be a line manager to some of the experienced ward managers within the hospital, supporting with the day-to-day management of the nursing department. You will play a fundamental part in maintaining high standards and developing the service to reach its full potential. As a senior member of the nursing team, you will have experience within a similar setting from the NHS and/or Private Care. You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care.
This temporary Lead Nurse position at Elysium Healthcare is a maternity cover role based in Warrington. Essential qualifications include a Post Graduate healthcare degree, management qualification, NMC registration, and clinical and leadership experience.
