Working 23 hours a week along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post. Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority.
