Holes Lane Medical Centre is a progressive, innovative, adaptive, and high achieving training practice established in Woolston, Warrington. We have 2 branches located within easy reach of the M62 and M6 motorways that serve a population of 10,200 patients.
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Patient Advisor/Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include booking appointments, managing patient records, handling enquiries, and supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
