What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Learn each customer's needs and help them find the perfect vehicle.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and confidently present vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct engaging test drives that help customers experience the value of our vehicles.
- Negotiate and close deals with professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
- Work closely with our finance team to create a seamless purchasing process.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Stay informed on the latest automotive technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
