Undertake clinical nursing practice at an advanced level using expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver holistic care.
Triage referrals received to the service.
Assess, diagnose and recommend treatment.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and make appropriate direct referrals if indicated.
Undertake and interpret a range of diagnostic tests and clinical procedures.
Work within professional guidelines and codes of conduct.
Work within all relevant practice policies and procedure guidelines.
Ensure cost effective, evidence based service provision.
Counsel and support patients.
