St Johns Way Medical Centre is seeking a Digital
Transformation Lead to support the safe and effective use of digital systems
across the Practice. The postholder will improve patient access and staff
workflows, use EMIS Web data to inform service improvement, and help colleagues
make confident use of our systems. The role will work closely with Practice
staff, PCN colleagues, NHS partners and digital suppliers.
