Rotational Ward Clerk - Same Day Emergency Care Unit
Band 2 - 30 hours - Permanent - Monday to Sunday 08:00am - 20:00pm on a shift pattern

Providing a comprehensive ward reception and administration service, the post holder will, in collaboration with other ward staff, support patients, relatives and other staff members as a first point of contact. The Ward clerk will update the Trust Electronic Patient Record (Lorenzo EPR) accurately and in real time whilst also ensuring patient case notes are available andappropriately maintained throughout each admission.
