What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Serve as a welcoming and compassionate first point of contact for our clients and their pets
- Help create a positive client experience through clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Support clients with questions and help them feel informed and confident about their pets’ care
- Work closely with the veterinary team to help maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow
- Support communication between clients and the medical team
- Help maintain accurate client and patient information
- Provide empathetic service to clients during both routine and emotional visits
- Jump in where needed and contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital environment
