Salary: £33000.00 to £36500.00
Are you passionate about delivering safe and efficient medication management in a specialist care setting? Join our team at Thornford Park Hospital and play a vital role in supporting service users and the multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with company procedures and best practice standards. This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference by driving excellence in medication management and contributing to the wellbeing of people with mental health needs. In this role, you will work alongside the GP service, nursing teams and our pharmacy provider to ensure medications are ordered, dispensed and received on site in a timely manner. You will act on safety alerts, maintain secure storage of medications and attend monthly multidisciplinary meetings to support collaborative care planning.
