Salary: £27,099 a year
Join our new Citywide Help When You Need It team as a Recovery Coach, supporting adults in Bristol to build confidence, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful goals. Working with Bristol City Council and Rethink, you will help people access timely support and develop lasting community connections.
Using recovery, enablement and Psychological, Adversity and Trauma-Informed approaches, you will provide practical, compassionate support that promotes choice, safety and independence.
You will be compassionate, curious and solution-focused, with experience supporting adults with mental health needs and related practical or social barriers, strong, flexible engagement and communication skills, knowledge of recovery, enablement, safeguarding, risk assessment and psychologically informed practice, the ability to manage a varied caseload, work with partners and maintain accurate records.
