Position Summary
Talking Stick Golf Club is looking for friendly, professional, and service-driven Servers to join
our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you'll play a key role in providing an exceptional dining
experience for our guests—whether they’re enjoying a casual lunch or celebrating a special
occasion.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
Be knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions
Upsell and make menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience
Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem-solving
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions
Assist with event setups, breakdowns, and banquet service as needed

Requirements
Qualifications
Previous server or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift trays up to 25 lbs
Current Arizona Food Handler’s Card and Title 4 Certification (or ability to obtain)
Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
